Returns and Exchanges:
It's simple and it's 30 days plus!
Our return policy is simple: within 30 days of receipt, you may return any item (excluding skin care and mascara) in its original condition (with the box and unused.) No need to call us and get those annoying RMA numbers!  Just fill out the form on your invoice and return it with the shipment.We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets the above condition.
We can only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is defective Not spraying or leaking). Reimbursable shipping costs cannot not exceed our published per item shipping costs. The 30 day policy may be extended as long as the item is in its original saleable condition. Defective items will be covered as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it was sold. Due to hygienic concerns all skin care and mascara purchases are final.**Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return**


You are out of stock on the item I want. What do I do now?
We are very sorry that we do not have the item that you need. When an item is out of stock you see on the product page a place to enter your email address. This will add your email address to our notification list. When your item become available you will receive an automated email sent by our system letting you know that your item is available for purchase. The notification list does not hold an item for you, and it does not obligate you to make a purchase so you are welcome to shop around while you wait. Items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly.

How do I track my package?
A shipment notification that contains your tracking information will be emailed to you. You can also track your package through our website. Simply click on the "order status" link located on the left side navigation of the this page.

What if my order arrives damaged?
So UPS or Fedex kicked your box around and your order arrived damaged, don't worry we wil take care of it. First thing...please contact us immediately. Claims must be submitted to our customer service center within three (3) business days after receipt. You must keep all contents and packaging for 10 business days. All claims against the common carrier will be made by us. UPS and FedEx may want to examine the damaged package so failure to keep all contents and packaging will result in the non-payment of claim. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after three (3) business days.
