FedEx SmartPost offers you an efficient, value-oriented, and timely way to ship to our residential customers. FedEx SmartPost picks up, sort, line haul, track and deliver your packages by leveraging their delivery network and capabilities of the USPS. The US postal service is utilized by taking
your order "the last mile". How do I take advantage of Super Saver Shipping? |

1. Place an order for any product(s) and place them in your Shopping Cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Ship your items to a domestic Postal U.S. address, PO BOX, APO or APE.
4. Select Super Saver Shipping as your shipping option. Please note that your order may
take an additional 2 to 3 business days to arrive from our fulfillment center(s). Transit time for Super Saver Shipping orders is 3 to 10 business days after shipping. 10 business days
equals 2 weeks total transit time for some areas on the West Coast of the US. Please refer
the map for approximate delivery times.
5. Packages will be delivered Monday Through Saturday.
This shipping option is not guaranteed or day definite service.
6. If you require day definite delivery please choose UPS ground, 3 day select or 2nd day air service. Please scroll down for information about UPS and related services.

Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the domestic states only, that means
excluding AK, HI and PR.
Applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only.

All domestic orders (excluding AK, HI and PR) are shipped via UPS unless Super Saver shipping is chosen. |

PR, AK and HI parcel post orders may take 10 business days or more to be delivered.
The day an order is placed is not considered a transit day. |

We are not responsible for delays in the shipment of your order if the billing/shipping information is not correct or if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address. We will contact you via email or phone to verify your order within 24 hours. |

Please verify your address information before submitting an order. If an order is shipped and an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be charged an address correction fee of $5.00. |

Please be sure to make yourself available on the scheduled delivery day. If for any reason the package is refused or is returned for an incorrect address or UPS makes 3 delivery attempts and the recipient is not available, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees back to our facilites (up to $7.99), and it will be deducted from the credit owed on the amount of the order. UPS now charges shippers for return services, so it must be passed along to the customer. |

Expedited shipping orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day. |

Saturday, Sunday and certain holidays are not considered business days. Packages will not be delivered on non-business days or specified days UPS does not operate. Super Saver shipping does deliver on Saturday, but this cannot be a requested service. |

Time-in-transit notes for 2009: On UPS holidays – Nov. 27, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1 – there is no movement of any packages tendered to UPS. Also, Nov. 28, Dec. 24, Dec. 26 and Dec. 31 are transit days for "UPS air and international packages" only. |

UPS will not deliver ground or 3 day select packages on the day after Thanksgiving, Day after Christmas (2008), New Years Eve or New Years Day. |

If your purchase arrived damaged please contact us immediately. Claims must be submitted to our customer service center within three (3) business days. You must keep all contents and packaging for 10 business days. All claims against the common carrier will be made by us.
Failure to keep all contents and packaging will result in the non-payment of claim. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after three (3) business days. |
