Prada introduced its first fragrances in 2003: Iris, Fleur d’ Orange, Cuir Ambre, and Oeillet Perfumes. These “exclusive artisan fragrances” were quite popular and were followed by Narcisco, Tubereuse, and Violette Perfumes. In 2008, Prada added Opoponax, Benjoin, and Myrrhe Perfumes to this line, known as the Prada Exclusives. These fragrances are only sold at Prada boutiques and selected department stores. The first widescale offering was Prada Eau de Parfum, which debuted in 2004, and was followed in 2005 by Prada Intense; while 2006 saw the arrival of Prada Man Cologne and the popular, Prada Eau Tendre Perfume. More recent fragrance releases are Prada Infusion d’Iris, in 2007, Infusion d’Homme Cologne for Men, while Infusion d’Orange was launched in 2009. Prada’s originality in designs has earned it a top spot as one the world’s most influential fashion houses.
