I use this fragrance daily, after shower. I apply it lightly, 1-2 sprays, to my undershirt for an all day refreshing, lingering odor..

Have been using this fragrance for the past 25 years, tried most on the market, but always come back to "Pour un Homme".

One of those classic barber shop kind of smells, but it sometimes seems a little on the feminine side to me.Still love it though, wear it almost every day. I just wish it lasted a little longer like the cologne.

Lavender and vanilla, with some amber, musk and tonka undertones for good measure. A warm. floral and eventually powdery cologne that says 'old school' and evokes memories of all-men's barbershops where they gave a shave and splash or two of 'scented' water to round out the relaxed, weekend-morning experience. Simple pleasures are sometimes the best! Definitely a cologne for the older gents. Longevity is only a few hours on me but still recommend it.

Almost every time I wear this particular scent, someone says, "who is that who smells like candy!" I have had this said on more than one occasion. Everyone seems to love this smell. I have worn it off and on for over 15 years and I still receive compliments.

I have been using Caron Pour un Homme for over 25 years. I have purchased it both here & in Paris. On me it has a combination lavender, woodsy scent with some hints of sandalwood. Before using it I used Gres Pour Hommes until they went out of business. This is as close as I could find to it & I am very pleased with it.

I have gone through about 40 bottles of this fragrance.
I am happy to see it is still available.
It has a Vanilla type, lavender aroma, which is "light" and fresh.
If I could only have one fragrance for life, it would be this or Gerndarme.

this stuff is one of a kind. it has two different top notes. it has subtle smell but it lasts for upto 14 hours. even after talking a shower with anything you can still smell the base notes on ypor skin. clothes will still have the smell left after machine wash. the attention you can get with this is awesome,as you will smell absolutely intriguing and one of a kind.
a very few fragrances have lasted more than 73years. this is one of them. and believe me you will know why.....once you use it.
