The Givenchy line has been a long time favorite of mine.......back to the 70s. Gentleman has been on my dresser for many, many years. The scents used in "Cocktail" are good, but the balance is off in my opinion. Less on the mint & grapefruit, more on the cardamom. I just wish Givenchy took note here and not just your customers. It is "G" that can make a difference.

This stuff arrived and as soon as I put it on my wife just had to get close. She liked the smell and so did my sisters-in-law( they rarely find anything about me to like). I worn it out to eat and the waitress was real friendly and got close to hear my order(or was it to smell my odor?)Great stuff at a great price. The scent lasts a long time as well.

This fragrance is great for parties. The fresh smell is very appealing to the opposite sex. Watch out guys, this stuff will get you in a lot of trouble with your spouse or significant other. I was told I smelled good enough to eat...Mmmm, I believe I may be getting into that trouble I spoke of. Great smell for her after the party since it lasts well into the night.

I have been a "Givenchy Man" for years. Recently I was running low on "Givenchy Xeryus" and decided to try "Givenchy Irresistible". I purchased the 4ml Mini size and put a couple of drops on my "left hand" and two drops of "Xeryus" on my "right hand". I tried it over a three day period at different places by asking five different women which one did they like without revealing the names of the cologne. They all picked the "left hand" I will now purchase the larger size sometime this month.

THIS FRAGRANCE GETS RAVE REVIEWS FROM MOST PEOPLE I COME INTO CONTACT WITH. ONE IN A HUNDRED WOMEN FIND IT TO BE "RATHER MUSKY". I got this hoping to find a new signature fragrance and while I do enjoy the scent, I don't necessarily find it terribly unique and worthy of being a signature frangrance. It's nice if you want a change now and again, and good for a backup scent if you're favorites are running low.

The cologne's name, Fresh Attitude, describes it perfectly. When you apply it on, you really do feel very fresh. The combination of grapefruit, mint, lavender, basil, and a little mocha work very well together. Great job Givenchy!

To some people, this will smell like laundry detergent initially, but once it starts to dry down, that "overly artificial soapy" smell dies down a bit and blends nicely with the mint and wood heart- and base-notes. I had been wearing the original Polo Cologne in the green bottle for nearly 30 years. I received lots of compliments, even from strangers, until about 10 years ago. I had been looking for something else ever since, and came across an ad for Very Irresistible a couple years ago. I liked the look of the bottle and the description of the fragrance, but I wasn't able to find it at local retailers since it was apparently brand new.[...] My wife and I like it, but I don't get the compliments from strangers that I once did with Polo. May have something to do with my age. I find the fragrance fresh, somewhat citrusy, but not obviously or overpoweringly sweet, which is a real turnoff for me in men's colognes. Although my wife can still smell it late in the day, it's only when she's close, which is just the way I think a fragrance oughtto be. "Try it, you'll like it!"

I personally use this product on an every other day basis as I have several other colognes, but this has to by one of my most favorite colognes so far. It has a very irresistable fragrance and it has garnered me alot of comments. The scent is long lasting, not too over-powering, and the notes play well off each other, bravo Givenchy!

After great experiences with other Givenchy scents, this one was disappointing. I quickly ordered Givenchy Pour Homme, a better fragrance, to replace this one.

This product is not a bad product but neither is it a great product. I would not recommend it to a friend because I think that there are better products on the market. However, everyone has their own likes and dislikes. As with all skin products our own body chemistry plays a part in the scent as well.
