If you buy DV at a fine department store, you will pay big bucks!

If you like Drakkar Noir, you'll probably love Duc de Vervins. At the open it's not as synthetic as Drakkar (this explains the higher price) and the dry-down is flat-out classy: Crisp, green and clean with a distinct and distinguished touch of leather in the base. Images of black-tie, cuff-links and Monte Carlo come to mind. This stuff absolutely exudes sophistication. A suave, masculine scent in the best way.

While not inexpensive well worth the price, don't need too use much. Great in professional work place, not overpowering or intrusive. Get asked often about it by both women and men because it's not the "usual". Get the set which includes the shower gel, many times it's the better value.

I got this as a gift for my boyfriend after smelling on a man in an elevator and asking for the name. It was a little difficult to find but well worth it! It's absolutely delicious smelling, subtle and masculine. Only men's fragrance that ever struck me as the perfect scent for a romantic evening, not jarring or strong smelling, he just smells great!!!
