To preface this review... I am really into colognes and had 12 bottles of different scents before i purchased Dirty English. The price on this site is more than a value, which is why i decided to buy it as a birthday gift from myself, for myself ;]

Now... the first time I smelled Dirty English, i thought it would be one of those scents that would stay in the back of my cabinet, and only come out a few times a year on certain occasions. However, after spraying it on myself, i realized that the strong topnotes quickly died down, and turned into a smooth, sexy masculine "musky" scent. It smells like a passionate, cold night with a woman heated by a fireplace. (weird description... but hey thats what comes to mind)

The scent might be a little cloying in hot weather, but in the cold definitely has the right amount of silage and stays close enough to the skin to not be an obnoxiously loud scent, but far enough to be noticed and complimented.

It could definitely be used daily (more-so "nightly") in a cold area, and has a more rugged, masculine feel to it, so make sure that your attitude matches it ! I haven't been able to wear it out enough yet to get too many outside opinions, but I will update this review when I do.

Love the smell, it kinda seems that it fades but it becomes more earthy throughout the day n it may feel that it doesnt last to you but others can smell it. It's very distinctive! All you need to do is walk by and you'll leave people speechless!Thats why I mentioned it turns heads more than people actually stopping to compliment!

Dirty English is a wonderful fragrance. The fragrance is more for the man who likes to take risks yet is still classy. I use Dirty English when i go to work and out on the town and i always get compliments on how great it smells.The only thing that i would say that i didn't like would be the fact that if you where light colored shirts, you shouldn't spray it directly on them because it could cause it to become dicolored.If you spray it in the air and walk through,it solves that problem.
