I went out on a limb and ordered this for my boyfriend based on the given reviews. When I opened and sprayed I was totally grossed out. This scent reminded me of my male elementary school teachers. ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 50 YEARS OLD SHOULD NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! I was trying for a new scent based upon all great reviews, didnt work out. It is very age specific. I am constantly being complimented on my regimen of chic colognes and this one is not going to make the cut. I am 33 yr old man with much success with great scents. It is not a bad smell but its definitely very dated. Scent is can be closely compared to a barber shop shaving cream or talc.

I would recommend that you spray this on your skin or that you spray PS in the air and walk into it. Otherwise, The smell might be too strong for some people when you first spray it on. PS makes a good gift, but someone under 25 y/o will probably not call it their favorite. I plan to use PS for work, and use my other colognes for special occasions.

This fragrance is so wonderful it spoiled me for any other fragrance. I have worn Paul Sebastian for many years and have been given many other fragrances as gifts, but always stick with Paul Sebastian. Both men and women ask me what I am wearing on a regular basis. I have worn this particular scent for many years. It has become a staple in my bureau for everyday use, or in a stronger application for special occasions. I have received many unsolicited compliments while wearing this fragrance -- even from strangers. I have never felt this was too strong (of course, when used in moderation), nor ever felt that it wears off too quickly. Of course, keep in mind that scents wear differently on different people, and can change on you as your body chemistry changes over time. I like to use this cologne whenever i go out even if its to do my laundry(i live in an aptmt.). As with all colognes, a little will go a long way. Don't douse yourself with any cologne. Even though it's sold as a "cologne", I use it daily after shaving. Naturally, I myself like the fragrance, however, I get comments from at least one or two individuals, on almost a daily basis, how much they enjoy it, and inquire just what I am wearing.
