Opens with a highly synthetic, green/gin berry/aldehyde blast. Like so many good colognes, the opening can be misleading, in some respects so strong as to almost be off-putting. But for those willing to wait for it, it's the dry-down where Trussardi truly shines. While not listed as an ingredient, I almost detect a hint of rose but perhaps it's the jasmine and lavender top/middle notes? It eventually melds into a somewhat powdery, clean and unique scent (with leather, sandalwood, cedar, and a hint of patchouli) that exudes class. Originated in 1983, and since reformulated somewhat, it's still probably a safer bet for the over-40 set.

I was happy to find this here and quickly ordered a bottle. I get alot women/ men asking me "what are you wearing that smells so great?" everytime I valet my car and wait in line. I always draw a smile and say it's Trussardi from Italy.

I love Trussardi... I was given a bottle when i was in the Netherlands 3 years ago... I ran out and thought I was going to have to contact someone in Netherlands to get more.... I googled the name and found it online... I am so glad I did... people just always compliment me when I wear it... they ask "What are you wearing?" Thanks again for a great Product!!!!!
