I just recently purchased this toner here from Scentiments. I love the quality and smell of it. How I put it on, is instead of putting it on using a cotton ball I put a little in my cupped hand, rub both hands togethor, and pat the toner in on my skin. I would definitely purchase again, and especially from Scentiments!

I've used this for years to soothe my irritable skin. I find it especially effective in the summer, and after shaving. It's amazing the difference it makes in my skin tone, and how long the bottle lasts!
