My favorite Ck One Summer is the 2008 edition with the 2009 edition being a close second. I guess I was hoping the 2010 edition would be more like those editions and be more fresh and clean smelling. I get compliments almost every time I wear them. The 2010 edition is more musky and woodsy smelling. It's okay but definitely not my fave.

I was in an outlet mall when I was 16 and saw the colorful, beautiful bottle and begged and pleaded for my mother to buy it for me on the spot. She did and 5 years later, I always have another bottle handy for when Im almost out of the one Im using. I never get sick of it and I smell it all day no matter how active I am in NYC. At least one hundred people have asked who im wearing and have complimented Summer.

If you like a light musk that has a hint of fruit, but not too fruity. you will LOVE this. This is the best CK summer to date, Very clean and light scent, but i guess it lingers pretty well because i've gotten quit a few compliments on it. It's suppose to be one of those unisex scents, but i have not smelled it on a guy yet. I cant wait to , I'm sure the sandalwood will go great on the fellas.

This is the best man's cologne I've ever smelled bar none! It is woodsy and clean and fresh. It is described as a unisex scent, but I would not recommend it for women, but it is perfect for men. I usually hate men's colognes because they all smell the same to me; all having subtle variations in scent. However the Calvin Klein Summer, edition 2008 is wonderful. I will try the other editions now. I have purchased many men's essences for my husband and son and did not like any of them; they all smelled alike to me. But this CK1-2008 is so fine, yet not overpowering and so clean and earthy smelling. It smells like the man has showered in the woods among the pine trees and fruits.

This fragrance is OK for the first sniff but the undertones--the ones that stay behind once the initial fragrance is gone--could be a bit more unique--there are hundreds of fragrances all smell just like this...
