I use this just as I would use a perfume. A little at the wrists, inside elbows, inside the knees, at the small of the back. I have perfume allergies so I can't wear alot of perfume around my nose so this give me enough fragrance that I can enjoy.

I bought this originally for my daughter as a Valentine's gift. She is just entering her teens. I loved the smell so much I got two testers and a small EDP. The "Summer" verison is lighter and more airy. Great for daytime or a young person, especially if they don't want to smell like bubblegum or baby powder. I always check perfumes out at the mall and then shop Scentiments for the real value. This is a fanstastic value. I love it, and my daughter loves it. Part of her self discovery, is bringing her into the fun and wonders of womanhood. J'Dior Summer does that PERFECTLY!

The packaging is pretty but I would rather have more product. I feel consumers are paying higher prices for the packaging with this perfume. My bottle wasnt even filled to the top. This is a feminine, classic scent that has wide appeal. It is complex and lightly floral. A lot of florals turn "funky" with my body chemistry, but this one doesn't. It's very sophisticated and I highly recommend it! One of my favorite all-time perfumes. I used to work at a perfume counter at a department store, and I don't remember anyone ever saying they disliked this perfume.

I really like this perfume. I purchased an "eau de parfum" but the smell did not hold for long at all. It evaporates within an hour or two. I have purchased other perfumes, esp. I actually went to the department stores and tried fragrances on to test how they would wear on me before making my purchase. This one stayed crisp and clean smelling hours after application. I also wanted something that would be more "grown up". Meaning I didnt want to smell like cotton candy or like my teenage niece. But at the same time, I wanted something fresh and appropriate for my age, I'm 30. I LOVE this... its clean and wears well. It has a nice sophistication about it without getting overwhelming. It's exactly what you would expect from Dior... classic and sexy without loosing touch with what the modern woman wants. I feel its a day fragrance and doesnt quite fit a night out. Though some friends have told me they love it and would wear it anytime.
