If I use this fragrance after the morning shower, I do not sense much lasting frangrance by noon. It is still the basic The One fragrance, just a watered-down version. It's a nice scent if you don't want to overwhelm co-workers fo classmates; but it's nice when someone you really like gets close enough to smell it and says he loves it!

With all the hype about D&B's The One, for me it just doesn't size up to say, D&B's Light Blue. The One doesn't draw compliments and it's too light and too expensive for the fragrance not to be there.

My fiancee loves this smell on me. It begins as a soft, dreamy, fruity- floral scent that settles into a yummy, creamy, earthy vanilla, that's not too obvious- similar to the way "Hanae Mori" hints at vanilla without actually using any. I think if you like Hanae Mori, this would be a good (less fruity) alternative.

I purchased 2 bottles of L'eau. One is opened so that I cannot return. But I just returned one on Wednesday and hope to get my credit card credited ASAP. I found the perfume to be weak, not senuous like other scents I use. The red Dolce and Gabbana stands out, but this one does not.

I use this for church on Sunday and evenings out. This is an amazing smell. I love smelling myself when I have this one on. The name says it all "The One". I was given a free sample of this perfume at a store, and when I used it I absolutely FELL IN LOVE! I was bummed that it is so expensive in stores, so when I found it so inexpensive here I was SO excited! This is the PERFECT fragrance! It's light, but noticeable. SO fresh. I've only been wearing it a few weeks and have gotten tons of compliments! This fragrance is like no other I have ever smelled. I usually think fragrances are too flowery, too heavy, or gross. This one is amazing. I can't get enough.
