I used Blue Grass when I was in my 20's. Then I heard it was unavailable so I was not able to get it anymore. For the first time in a very long time my Mom will be spending Christmas with her extended family in IL. I remember she wore Blue Grass for many years. I ordered it for her for Christmas, to be given to her by her first Great Grandson. I'm sure she will absolutely love it. It will bring back many memories, as scents often do. After all, what would Christmas be without the odors of pine and cinnamon lingering in the air? Blue Grass is also a perfect name/gift for Mom, as she currently lives in the horse country of FL. It looks more like Kentucky than Central FL. On the drive to Mom's house, it's absolutely beautiful, passing the white fenced pastures where the thoroughbreds are outside playing. That's what I think of, when I hear "Blue Grass". It brings back a lot of sweet memories.

I've used this fragrance since my High School days. It was my second fragrance; the first being Most Precious by Evyan. I continue to receive many compliments on the fragrance, and I'm so happy that it is still available after all these years. When I was a teenager I smelled this perfume on an older lady. Say in her late 50's or early 60's. I always thought of it as an old lady perfume but used it from my teens until now. What's not to LOVE? Blue Grass is my spring, summer, early fall fragrance of choice. I feel naked without it! It's so light, clean, well-balanced and fresh, I never tire of it. When I swim, almost daily, in an indoor chlorinated poor, I spritz a bit in my hair, which I keep out of the water so as to not bleach-out the color. A friend recommended this cream deordorant to me, and it has been the only thing I've used since I tried it. Cheaper, solid versions available everywhere were causing a very painful irritation on my arm pit skin. Even though this is not an anti-perspirant, it does a good job masking odor. It has a light, clean, fresh fragrance that won't conflict with your perfume. It's great.
