I've been using White Diamonds since the early 1990's, and to this day, still receive compliments. I put it on automatically every morning. You don't need a special occasion to wear it. It makes you feel good the minute you apply it. Only last week, when I was in a restaurant, a lady came up to me to ask what I was wearing. This fragrance is "magical." I feel special, sophisticated, sexy, optimistic, etc. when I wear it. It's not overpowering but just a very pleasant fragrance. It's surprisingly long lasting,considering it's an Eau de toilette. I love the fragrance so much I would wear it daily if I worked a regular job and wasn't on permanent disability. tried many of them. White Diamonds is one that I can wear and it smells wonderful.
Everyone's body chemistry is different; so therefore, the fragrance will smell different on
everyone. What smells wonderful on me may not
smell so good on someone else.
But, I have smelled White Diamonds on other people
beside myself and It always smells wonderful.
I have had people ask me if I was wearing White

I thought I liked this at first. My best friend"s mom that I had in high school, had this one, and my friend sprayed it on us and said doesn't it smell so good, and I was like yeah it is. So a few years later I bought a little for myself. But to my dismay everyone around me said "what did you spray? It stinks, open the window, don't ever spray that again! yuk buggy spray!!!" ha ha lol, So I didn't even give it to my mom cause my dad and sis didn't like it. So either took it back to store or gave away. I don't know what some of the other reviewers are talking about when they say this isn't stong enough or too weak and light! It stinks and strong and overpowering like bug spray! Yuk! Maybe I would like the newer sheerer versions they make of this;) If you still wanta try this one, I suggest getting one I bought at a meijers before, called "Lady in White". I got a complimant on that one before from a guy at work.

This fragrance tries to be everything to everyone. About 10 years ago I read it was a #1 best seller. I believe it. This starts out in a cloud of absolute glamour. I first smelled this in a magazine insert in the mid 1990's. To my teen nose, it was the first "perfume" perfume I really liked. I sort of forgot about it amid the onslaught of fruit-scented body-sparays that formed my scent wardrobe for the rest of that decade, but I recently rediscoverd it, and guess what- I still like it! It is an accesible floral scent that still manages to smell a little "rich", and it has decent longevity on me, unlike my syrupy body sprays of years past.

Beside the fact that it smells good, I am so pleased with the packaging of this powder. Other fragrant body powders come in a pretty box and the if you happen to spill it, you have a mess. No so with White Diamonds. It is packaged so that you do not attack the powder directly but, you fill your puff thru a strainer which holds the powder in the box. On cold days you smell warm and delightful.It doesn't seem to change scent on different people and stays true to its scent. It never fails to get the attention of people who say things like, "Gee you smell nice", or "What is that heavenly scent you're wearing?". I love it, so will you.
