I can't begin to tell you how people love this on me. It's been my signature scent since the late 90's that it was first introduced. I have gotten stopped on the street and on the train. i've been told that it smells like i just got out of the shower. It can't get better than that.

I used to use L'Interdit by Givenchy - for many years - and couldn't find one as pleasing to me until - quite by accident - I found PLEASURES. I've been a fan of Estee Lauder perfumes for more than 30 years. Pleasures now joins my long-time favorite White Linen. Pleasures can be worn casually as well as for dress-up glam occasions. My experience with Estee parfums is that they have phenominal staying power without being overpowering in the beginning. I routinely receive compliments when wearing Pleasures. I wear this fragrance daily-at work, home and church and everyone comments how good I smell. It doesn't take but about 2 or 3 small sprays and it lasts all day-not too strong either. Then if I go out at night or to church I just spray once and it lasts. I don't have anything to say negatively aboout it. I LOVE IT !

I sampled - in person - all the Estee Lauder fragrances offered and I found the original PLEASURES for Women to be the most pleasing aroma - fairly mild, not offensive and brings many unexpected compliments. I wear it morning, noon and night. I carry a mini with me in my purse in case I want to feel refreshed at some point during the day. I used a different frangrance for many years but it was no longer available. It took a while, but I was delighted to finally find this wonderful substitute. I do wish it lasted longer.

This has a great smell, however it doesn't last long on me. I also found this to be true of the perfume Beautiful so it may just be the Este Lauder frafrances don't last long on me.
