I keep and use more than two dozen fragances at any given time. Ystatis is one I bought years ago, and I'd forgotten how much I like it. Now, I don't expect to ever be without it. The initial smell is strong but the dry-down is spicy, powdery and very nice. I've not found another fragrance like it. For a long time, it was my sister's signature fragrance. Now that she has abandoned it, I feel free to wear it anytime!

I've worn Ysatis for years, and now it's my 20-yr-old daughter's favorite, also. She kept "borrowing" mine, so I decided to get her a supply of her own. It's a soft, subtle(but not icky-sweet), feminine scent -- good to wear every day, and for special occasions -- and it doesn't trigger a runny nose or headache in me, which often happens when I wear or smell other fragrances. I apply it after I shower, and I always receive compliments on how "good" I smell. As with any fragrance, the smell lingers longer if "layered" over the scented body lotion or creme. (For those of you who might not know this, DO NOT try to apply a fragrance after having used a "deodorant" soap, because deodorant soaps do not differentiate between good and bad odors -- it neutralizes them all)!

Ysatis cologne can be applied in the morning and the scent remains the entire day. The best thing about this particular cologne is that once applied I can no longer smell it even though people comment all day long that they love my cologne. This is especially important for people with allergies. I have used colognes in the past that actually gave me a headache because I could constantly smell the scent.

I have found that I always come back to Y'satis. I've tried other scents that I liked for a while, but when I smell Y'satis I always want to go back to wearing it. It was easier to find back when I first started wearing it. I bought the biggest bottle they had and used it sparingly. Then I found that it was hard to find when I went to get more. I was told that it is considered a "Holiday" sell. That, that is usually when you can find it. So I was only able to get it around the holdays. When I discovered online shopping I realized that I could look for it there and found that it can be found at such a cheaper rate!!! I still have trouble finding it at times. It is either sold out or not being carried at that time. But, I was lucky enough to find it on here. It is my favorite scent. It just makes me feel good to wear it. I spray it on each side of my neck so when my body temp. rises a bit the perfume will react and seems to renew the scent. Like I said it is a bit pricey and before finding and ordering it online I would use it mainly for special occasions. Now I can find it for around [$] instead of the department store price for around [$]! If you like warm, floral, romantic scents this is the perfume for you.
