Cabotine de Gres draws lots of compliments, even hours after I've put it on. I can't smell it anymore, except right after spraying it on, because I'm so used to it, but others notice all the time. Based on reviews of this product, I purchased the mini bottle to try as a sample. I was looking for a new, fresh, marine, citrus-y, green smell, similar to Sunflowers but longer-lasting. The reviewers who said Cabotine Gres was their signature scent have nothing to worry about from me. I was disappointed, as this scent is strong, and on me, has a powdery, floral undertone that makes my nose run. The bottle, however, is beautiful.

I was told by a professor that this was what she was wearing and it smelled so good. So I had to get some. I even got the lotion along with the parfum, but no one around me could tolerate it and especially me. Really, I used the smallest amount, but it was still too too strong and people were avoiding me. That professor who smelled so good didn't drive anyone away. In fact, she just smelled so clean and refreshing. Maybe she gave me the wrong name of what she was wearing.

Wonderful fragrance! Doesn't last as long as I think it should. The lotion is a great alternative to the perfume, as the perfume seems too strong. I first smelled this lotion on a lady that would come to our office and we all just breathed in her scent! That was 18 years ago! I haven't personally had anyone comment on the scent on me, so I wonder if they have changed the formula since that time. But, I still love it! It is sensual!
