Loved the original Shalimar scent, but always felt it too heavy for daytime. Shalimar light is just what it says, very similar, but somehow lighter. I wear it for daytime and though it lasts, I don't feel like I'm 'over-scented'.

I found Shalimar Light the first year it came out and have used it since. I have used its Big Sister, Shalimar, for 30 years and now I have the perfect fragrance duo for the entire year! I used Shalimar even in the summer months though applied more lightly. Now, Little Sister stands alone in the warmer months.

I have loved Shalimar ever since I was a little girl! My mother used it and it was her favorite scent. Now, that there is a lighter version, I can use it all of the time and not keep it for special occasions as my mother did.

I have used Shalimar Light before, but this time it was blue in color, not what I had before. And the scent was not as powerful or fragrant. Was this the scent changed? It had no lasting effect.
