I bought this as an alternative to Dior Addict - which I love, but is tooo expensive - and it doesn't disappoint. Smells very similar. Silences Purple has vetiver at the base which gives it this spicy, almost masculine feel, but the floral and vanilla are sweet and keep it very feminine. I never fail to get a compliment or two when wearing this scent, and it's so long lasting and perfect for a night out. My only complaint is that it's pretty hard to find here in the U.S., but when you do, it's always a really great bargain!
