I first learned of this perfume while on vacation and actually followed a woman and asked her what she was wearing. My husband bought it for me and I've been wearing it now for over 10 years. For 20 years I used Forever Krystle by Barrington and have looked for the past year to replace it since it is out of production. Poeme by Lancome has the same main ingredients and is very close. I like the additional fragrance of vanilla. This fragrance works all day, but I don't smell it all day...just like a good fragrance should. Many hours after having put it on, when I no longer notice it, people will comment, "what's that you're wearing? You smell so good." Now that's a great fragrance!

all I can say is this is one of the best perfume's i have ever used, i'v had people tell me you smell great, what do you have on I just tell them. when i bought my poeme back in august 2007 it lasted me six months and that is no joke this is, the one for me I'm sold on this one I'll use it from now on.

I love Poeme because the smell is long lasting and mesmerizing. All other perfumes I've tried don't last as long and I use them up a lot faster since I have to spray several times to have the smell last on me a little longer. With Poeme, 1 spray is enough for an entire day.
