It seems to be an all occassion scent. It does wear off after about 6 hours. It works well with my body chemistry as so many other scents do not. It also does not nauseate me or give me a headache as so many other scents do. I am happy with the compliments I get from others who get close enough to smell it. I would recommend this fragrance without reservation. Buying the tester gets you the same prpoduct as paying full price for adding a metal cat and a box. This fragrance is good for any occasion. It is not too spicy nor overpowering and I always get comments on how great it smells. I use it all day and really like it. I find nothing "not so great" except the bottle is a bit awkwardly sized for travel.

I have used Chloe since the 70's (my younger days), and I still find that it is the best fragrance for me. I have tried others, but wind up with a headache or a stopped up nose....instead of the delicious smell I experience with Chloe, so I am a Chloe user for life!

On a daily basis, I will have people come up to me and say "you smell so good - what are you wearing?" Then I tell them Chloe, and they just kind of look at me. Chloe? Didn't know it smelled so good. Well, it does smell good; it doesn't give me a headache, and people know where I am because of my "smell". One of the security officers at my job will come down the hall and say, "I can always tell when Lana is here, because it smells so nice. I can tell she's at work today." So it really is MY signature "scent".

It is not an overpowering fragrance, but it is soft and mellow; it is an excellent fragrance and works with my chemistry perfectly. I couldn't be happier.

And since my husband discovered Scentiments, I definitely look forward to Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Birthdays and Christmas, because I know he is going to take care of me. My birthday was November 16th...there were 3 beautiful black gift wrapped boxes with black and silver bows and cards attached to match the wrapping. I bought this to give my Mom as a gift. She loves Chloe and has found it harder and harder to find. This item was perfect for her! It comes in a brown box, not the fancy Chloe box, but she only wants the perfume, not the fancy packaging. There is a small "tester" label on the back of the bottle.
