I just use very sparingly on a daily basis and receive compliment everyday. I am also identified by it as this perfume is not well known.
It is too bad that you do not carry the "Parfum de toilette" or the Perfume.

ROCHAS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE FRENCH HOUSES OF FINE PERFUMES. MADAME ROCHAS IS AN UNUSUAL COMBINATION OF BEING NOT OVERPOWERING BUT SO VERY UNIQUE, POWDERY AND STRONG. IT STAYS ALL DAY, BUT IS LIGHT AND DIAPHANOUS LIKE A SHEER WHITE BILLOWY FULL LENGTH GOWN BLOWING IN THE WIND. I CANNOT SEE HOW ANYONE CANNOT OVE THIS FRAGRANCE. A MUST HAVE FOR A FRAGRANCE COLLECTOR.

I was pleasantly surprised by this fragrance. It came out in 1960. Floral, but sophisticated. Effusive with a nice trail. I feel cloaked in flowers and people always say how nice I smell.
I am very picky about what I wear for fragrance but this is one of my top favs. It is definitely a woman's perfume, nothing cute or flirty with this scent.

This is a perfect perfume for me. I love the sweetness of it, and it lasts long enough but not overnight. I spray some on in the morning and it lasts all day at work. This perfume goes great with Cabaret and its good to mix them, spray them on both together. But Madame Rochas is my favorite. If you are going to the theatre or the opera, you should only use a touch, otherwise you might offend others' allergies or sensitivities.

I purchased this for my daughter because she was thinking of her grandmother. The smell of this perfume is her grandmother's smell and I was so very glad to find it. She will enjoy spraying it on herself when she wants to have her grandmother around.
