Very pleasant, even fresh from the "star". Novel packaging - be careful not to drop, top breaks all too easily. Long-lasting, fresh. Although "woody" by classification, isn't dank-smelling but refreshing, like after a light shower in the forest of the north-west. Look for un-boxed offers - saves $8 for cardboard - and search around to make it reasonable cost - full price from Thiery's website is definitely "too expensive".

This is the only perfume I buy and wear. It's absolutely awesome. I have not used this in a long time. I used to buy it exclusively. Got used to other expensive fragrances so when I went back to Angel recently was more critical of the value. Still love it and will use it alot. I have been wearing it everyday. One of the best things is having others ask what it is and comment that they really love it. I don't know if it lasts for hours.

I use it every day for everything. I love when I put on a jacket that already smells of Angel. I have received many compliments and people often ask what I'm wearing. Sometimes people will say, "Is that Angel you're wearing?" so I guess I'm not the only one who is captivated by the beautiful smell. When I dropped my large star on the tile floor, while packing for vacation,one of the tips on the star broke I almost cried: my Angel is as much a part of my routine as getting dressed is. I love it because it is calming and relaxing and very feminine. I also love the star because it's different and pretty.

YEARS ago, on an Air France flight to Paris, the flight attendant's scent caught my attention every time she passed through the aisle. Before we landed I asked her what it was and I stopped at a Parfumie before I even checked into the hotel. I have lightly spritzed on a bit of Angel every day since that day, first thing in the morning. All through the day, the scent changes just slightly with my body temperature and chemistry and most days, SOMEone will stop me and ask what that scent is and where they can find it. I am able to wear very few perfumes/colognes as most scents make me nauseated.
I have worn Angel for several years and I love it. I frequently get asked what cologne I am wearing and they always state that they like the scent.
As far as cost, all good perfumes/colognes seem expensive for those on a tight budget!

Aroma is a very personal thing. I like Angel because you don't smell it everywhere, like Calvin Klein or one of those other popular fragrances. I am the only one I know (in this area) who uses it. A friend from Chicago introduced me to it years ago. I love it.

I called myself "adventurous" above because I have just a tiny bit of a risk taker in me. I bought this item without having tested it first (yikes- I know- risky (sarcasm)!), and was disheartened at first whiff. Angel had a peppery smell on my skin that made me want to gag or at least take an aspirin. I thought I'd sell it [...], but then in a few hours I had second thoughts. The fragrance started to grow on me, and after a few days of wearing it I find Angel completely addicting! It lasts, and can be used sparingly. Almost smells like a man's cologne in a certain way, because it's not sickeningly sweet like so many other EDPs I've tested. I've really become a big fan, to my own amazement!
