I love (& use) a variety of perfumes: highly sensual, romantic white florals, sporty scents and edgy fragrances, plus a few more. Among my favorites are 3 of Vera Wang's scents, each of which is just gorgeous. But THIS Vera Wang is the scent I use when I'm going somewhere sophisticated, or when I feel (or want to feel) sophisticated - & definitely sexy as well)!

It's intensely feminine without being overly floral, fruity, oriental, etc. It's not heavily sensual - but men (including my husband) seem to love it. Both men and women consistently compliment me on it, always saying how lovely & feminine it is!

Probably not for teens or most girls in their 20s, and definitely not sporty or outdoorsy, Vera Wang for Women is sophisticated and cleanly feminine in the office or for day wear. It's not what you want to wear when your goal is to seduce someone on the spot - but it's great for intriguing a man romantically on dates, etc. (I know - I've used it that way, and my husband STILL loves it!)

In the summer of 2002 I discovered Vera Wang in a Bizzare Magazine as a sample. I rubbed it on my wrist and my neck area. Just that little bit of fragrance from the paper lasted almost all day even through sweat and humidity. I knew then it was worth the price. I have recieved many compliments and also recommended it to someone who could handle it without it effecting their allergies. Vera Wang is awesome.

When the trees start to color, I start using this scent. It's warm, sophisticated, classic but not old world passe. Fell in love with it a few year back when it first started coming out in upscale department stores. Have been using it ever since.
Although I would recommend it to a friend, I don't want too many people to use it. Keep it a secret.

I can, and do, use this everyday no matter what the location or occasion. I have always received compliments and it has truly become my signature. Funny thing. I had just recently ordered two fragrances by a big-name designer (frangrances I'd worn before, but not recently), and when I put on one of them i smelled like a night in South Troy to me (too strong, too floozy-like). I had bought a teeny sampler of Vera Wang last year and kept it in my travel bag, but just rediscovered it, and feel that it is just a lovely lovely scent, unique, but not too much of anything -- not too strong, not too musky (bleh!), not too girly. Just right. [...] I'm glad I bought enough of Vera Wang to last a while. No more smelling like a loose woman !

Can be expensive, but all you need is one spray and it lasts all day long; the 3.4 can go a long way so you get what you pay for I only like about 5 perfumes, and this one is my favorite.

I have a low tolerance for a lot of frangrances since they tend to give me a headache. I found this to be a wonderful scent. The value is fantastic.
