I started using this when 16 years old and I'm now 66 years old. My body chemistry loves this scent and it stays with me until I shower. Not many of the new scents are compatible with my chemistry so I've stayed with the one that leaves behind the knowledge that I was in the room or just walked by. Not overpowering for me, but just "special" and I'm always noticed. Many compliments over the years.

I'm in my mid-thirties and have nearly 100 perfumes, but this is my go-to office scent on a lot of days. I love it: a ladylike floral, but not boring with that smoky, musky quality it has.

This "couture" version brings Je Reviens back to the quality of the vintage Je Reviens, which I also have and love.

Je Reviens is a subtle but attractive scent. There is a hint of innocence about it, but it is clearly not a cheap teenage scent. There is a sensuality and warmth to it that invites others to come closer. I was so happy to find this scent (the couture Je Reviens, not the regular) after many years. It became hard for me to find years ago, and although I have worn many perfumes since, I could not get the Je Reviens fragrance out of my mind. Truly a beautiful, feminine perfume.

I've loved JeReviens for 50+ years, but THIS is not the same. When I ordered, I assumed the "Couture" designation referred to the packaging, but I discover that it smells quite different from the cologne I've always had, and the LIQUID is blue! It's nice, but not the same. Similar, but different blend.

This is exactly how I remember Je Reviens smelling back in the late 60's early 70's. No cons at all. Just a lovely classic scent that remains fresh and modern for today.

I bought this after someone told me it was the closest to the vintage. That was bad advice. It is Je Reviens, but in this formulation, they've ampped up the powder and cut back on the spice. This would be great for someone who likes major powder in a fragrance, but if you're searching for something close to what you remember Je Reviens as, this is not it.

I have to admit I ordered this because I wanted the bottle - its based on the original "skyscraper" bottle that Je Reviens was launced in 1932. But I have to admit that they did a good job updating the scent from what had become a pale reflection of the original. The Couture version of Je Reviens has more of the Narcisse-like top note that I love, and the base has been strengthened with more vetiver and musk.

One cautionary note - on me, the vetiver became too strong in warm weather (July) but is very wearable in cooler months.
