I used to use regular Opium and found it to be overpowering. I switched to Opium D'ete and it is just the right amount of fragrance! This is my new favorite!

This is the best companion scent for the original Opium -- it's light yet lasting, sexy and soft. I love it and although I ordered this for my daughter's birthday, I just ordered another for myself!

The original Opium is too heavy and overpowering for me. D'ete Summer is somewhat lighter, but still one spritz is more than enough. It's quite spicy and definitely for the mature woman. I expected more citrusy/fruity notes since it's to be a summer fragrance. I'd wear it year round and more so in the colder months.
